We agree on deliverables, responsibilities, timing, and your investment before work begins. Software, hosting, advertising, printing, messaging usage, and paid placements are identified separately unless included in your proposal.

Full managed Google support has no numerical cap on reviews or replies. The scope defines other profile work and owner escalation rules.
